Round 2 / libp2p Ecosystem

The libp2p Ecosystem has provided continuity post-nucleation from Protocol Labs. Primarily, new maintainers were recruited, community meets executed, in-person events held, marketing and promotion completed, all in the service of making the libp2p Project as a whole into a community-run project with many different companies sharing in supporting, directing and contributing to the project.
